PWC Member Event Guidelines

The PWC calendar is a place for members to share what they're building. These guidelines keep it useful, trustworthy, and aligned with the community.

Who can submit

Any active PWC member can submit events they host or co-host through their business.

What we're looking for

Events that give our community a way to learn, connect, or support each other's businesses. Examples include:

  • workshops and classes

  • networking events

  • pop-ups and markets

  • launches and open houses

  • panels and speaking events

  • community gatherings

Virtual and in-person events are both welcome.

What we won't post

  • Events that recruit for multi-level marketing or "income opportunities"

  • Content that is discriminatory, hateful, or unwelcoming to women and they/them folks

  • Adult or explicit content

  • Anything illegal, misleading, or unsafe

  • Events not hosted or co-hosted by the submitting member

Review and posting

Every event is reviewed by PWC before it goes live. The calendar is updated every Friday. Submissions received by Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. (Arizona time) are reviewed for that Friday's update. Later submissions roll to the following week. Submit at least two weeks ahead so your event has time to be seen.

PWC may decline any event, edit descriptions for length or clarity, or remove an event at any time. If we decline your event, we'll let you know.

Changes and cancellations

If your event changes or is canceled, submit an update through the event form as soon as possible. Changes are made during the Friday update. If your event is canceled close to the date, also send us a direct message so we can pull it right away.

Your responsibility as host

You're responsible for your event from start to finish. That includes:

  • venue, safety, and any required permits or insurance

  • ticketing and refunds

  • accessibility

  • the accuracy of your listing

Using the PWC name

Listing your event on our calendar doesn't make it a PWC event. Please don't use the PWC name or logo in a way that suggests PWC is hosting, sponsoring, or endorsing your event unless we've agreed to it in writing.

Membership

Your events and directory listing stay active through the end of the month your membership ends. After that, they're removed.
