About This Event
When you know who you are and what you want, networking hits completely differently.
No more chasing every opportunity or forcing conversations that don’t feel right. Instead, it becomes this really natural, grounded thing: connecting with women who get it, who show up like you do, and who genuinely want to build something meaningful.
This next Community Over Coffee is all about that kind of connection, you know? The real, aligned, “this just feels easy” kind of networking.
We’re mixing a mini-workshop with a morning mixer, giving you space to learn, talk, and meet other women in the area without any pressure. What you’ll learn
→ What discomfort your audience is actually trying to escape
→ How emotional relief drives buying behavior

Selling Without Convincing
PWC Monthly Marketing Webinar Series
When people feel pushed, their brain pushes back. In this 45-minute live session, you’ll explore the psychology of resistance, autonomy, and self-persuasion and learn how to market in a way that allows buyers to arrive at their own “yes” without manipulation, pressure, or force.
This session is grounded in behavioral psychology and decision-making science, designed for women entrepreneurs who want to sell in a way that feels calm, respectful, and sustainable.
When
March 17th from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm (Arizona time)
Where
Live on Google Meets
→ Link sent after registration
Who it’s for
Women entrepreneurs, creatives, and small teams who want to sell without convincing, persuade without pressure, and build trust that lasts beyond a single transaction.
Ticket Cost
General: $10.00
Founders Level PWC Members: Free
What you’ll learn
→ Understand why convincing triggers psychological resistance
→ Recognize the role autonomy plays in buying decisions
→ Create messaging that invites self-persuasion instead of pushback
→ Reduce friction in your marketing without adding pressure
Why this matters
Convincing doesn’t create confidence. It creates defense.
When buyers feel their autonomy is protected, trust increases and resistance drops. Understanding how the brain reacts to pressure allows you to design marketing that feels supportive instead of salesy—and converts because people feel safe choosing for themselves.
How it works
→ 30 minute training
→ 15 minute Q and A
→ Downloadable mini worksheet
→ Replay sent to all registrants
Key takeaways
→ How to identify when your marketing is creating resistance instead of clarity

Business Foundations
Building a business without a clear foundation is exhausting….
Not because you aren’t capable.
Because no one ever sat you down and walked through the basics in one place.
Most women are building while Googling, asking friends, saving posts, and hoping they’re not missing something important. Legal stuff feels confusing. Money feels stressful. Systems feel messy. Marketing feels loud.
This workshop exists to slow all of that down.
The Business Foundations Workshop is a half-day, in-person event for women who want to understand how the pieces of their business actually fit together. Not perfectly. Just clearly.
What We’re Focusing On
Five speakers who will spend time on the areas that tend to cause the most second-guessing:
Legal setup and structure
Money, budgeting, and bookkeeping
How to organize and run your business day to day
Mindset while building something of your own
Marketing without doing the most
Each session is led by women who do this work and know what it looks like behind the scenes, not just on Instagram. (speakers to be officially announced soon!)
What You’ll Leave With
Not just notes you never look at again.
You’ll receive Resources from each speaker you can refer back to, Clear next steps instead of vague ideas, Time to ask questions and talk things through, Connection with other women building businesses in Arizona, and Entry into a raffle with prizes from local women-owned businesses.
Small bites, treats, and beverages will be available so you can actually enjoy the experience.

Delegate that shit w/ Lyndsey Hanna
Biz Besties Hour:
A Space for Women Who Build
Biz Besties Hour is our weekly virtual catch-up where women in business can show up, sip something warm, and talk through whatever’s happening in their world.
We cover a new topic each week, but the heart of it stays the same: connection, honest conversations, and leaving with at least one idea or insight you can use right away.
This week our topic is Delegate that Shit.
"Delegate that Shit" focuses on preparing business owners and leaders for the power of delegation. This virtual session will focus on mindset and tactical elements to delegate the right way, ensuring alignment with your purpose and vision.
Bring a pen and paper, along with an open mind, as we walk through how delegating will change your life. From intention and releasing control, to documentation and choosing your special person, we will cover it all. And as is forever Lyndsey's style, be prepared to consider what's possible when we remove fear and act within our purpose.

It’s one of our favorite spaces to host because it carries the same energy we build our events around collaboration over competition, creativity over chaos, and community that feels genuine. The space is bright, welcoming, and filled with women who believe in growing together.

Strong Foundations Working Hour
This is a focused working hour for women founders inside PWC. We’re taking the Strong Foundations work from this month and applying it to real businesses—how leads come in, how projects move, and how money clears—so the rest of Q4 feels steady instead of loud.
[what we’ll do]
We’ll start with quick hellos and a shared focus for the hour. Then we’ll go round-table: each founder shares one small win and one place she’s stuck (lead capture, delivery, or cash flow). From there, we’ll workshop the most common patterns together and outline next steps that feel doable in the next two weeks. Expect practical ideas, clean wording you can borrow, and enough clarity to make a decision and move.
[why join]
get direct feedback on the exact spot you’re stuck
hear how other founders are handling intake, client updates, and invoices
leave with a simple plan you can act on this month (not a long to-do list)
[bring]
One quick win. One question or friction point. A link or screenshot if it helps. and your beautiful self<3
[tone + norms]
Supportive, honest, and on-topic. Keep shares concise so everyone gets time. What’s said in the room stays in the room.
[who can attend]
This is a closed session for active PWC Founders Members ONLY. It isn’t open to the public or other tiers.
[RSVP]
Save your seat so we can size the room and keep it interactive. We’ll verify membership before sending the Google Link :)

Coffee + Connection (Oct)
Cartel Roasting Co., Tempe | 9–11 AM
Mondays feel different when you start them with community. Join us at Cartel in Tempe for our October coffee meetup — a casual morning to connect, chat, and reset before the week takes over.
This month’s theme is Strong Foundations. As women entrepreneurs, it’s easy to get caught up in the next big idea or the pressure to keep up online, but real growth comes from the groundwork you lay every day. From how you manage your time, to the systems that keep your business moving, to the people you surround yourself with — those foundations are what create stability and sustainability. We’ll have a guest speaker leading the conversation to spark ideas and reflection, then open up the floor for everyone to share and network.

Community Over Coffee Series: Authenticity Over Algorithms
Authenticity Over Algorithms
Community Over Coffee Series
Hosted by Phoenix Women’s Club + MOMS4MOMS
About the Event
Being a woman entrepreneur comes with layers of responsibility. You’re building a business while also managing clients, supporting your community, keeping up with family and personal commitments, and trying to stay visible in a digital world that’s constantly shifting.
Social media can make that even heavier. The algorithm changes without warning. Some days your work reaches people, other days it doesn’t. The effort you put in doesn’t always match the results you see. That constant back-and-forth can leave you feeling drained, or even disconnected from the reasons you started your business in the first place.
This event is designed as a reset. A morning where women can gather before the day takes off, share their real experiences, and connect over conversations that matter. No pressure to perform, no focus on numbers — just time to be in the room with women who understand both the challenges and the wins of entrepreneurship.
It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise, refill your cup, and leave with a stronger sense of community around you.
What You’ll Get
Coffee that isn’t from your kitchen → Claire’s Coffee Cart will be on-site brewing lattes, tea, and all the good stuff.
Light breakfast to keep the morning easy.
Introductions that don’t feel forced → everyone gets to share who they are, what they do, and even a fun throwback: what did you want to be when you grew up?
A mini-session on authenticity with Stephanie Anderson and Nik Rubio → no lectures, no panels, just an honest group conversation about what it looks like to stay true while showing up online.
Connection with other women → not surface-level networking, but the kind of conversations that could spark real collaborations and friendships.
Digital Downloads → Authenticity Audit Worksheet + Algorithm-Free Marketing Ideas Guide (two simple tools to help you reflect on what feels aligned and find ways to grow your business without chasing trends)
Why It Matters
Social media is part of how we grow, but it shouldn’t dictate who we are. This event is for women who are ready to move past the pressure of “beating the algorithm” and lean into building businesses (and lives) that reflect who they really are.
Because likes fade. Relationships don’t.
